Branch Administration Officer

Branch Administration Officers are responsible for the effective performance and operation of the branches located within an assigned region.
This position is located at our headquarters on Front St in Marquette and oversees the four branches in the region: Marquette- Front St, Marquette- McClellan, Harvey, Negaunee.
Primary Responsibilities
Relationship Management and Business Development:- Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service standards are being upheld throughout the region.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new customers across both retail and business segments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current customers by assisting with all deposit needs including providing proposals, performing account analysis, promoting Treasury Management services, and recommending solutions.
- Review and address regional staffing, training, and development needs.
- Mentor and support Branch Managers and Customer Service Representatives.
- Monitor staff performance and goals, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure proper training and development of all deposit services staff in the region.
- Ensure effective implementation and adherence of bank policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 years banking or financial industry experience
- 2 years leadership experience including ability to motivate others, supervise, train, and mentor employees
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Proficient computer skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business related degree
